Kodiak Cakes Sheet Pan Blueberry Pancakes


I am not the best of cook when it comes to recipes I am very very plain, so when I want to try something new, I outsource to people that know what they are doing in making yummy tasting recipes! Here is a super healthy one to try!!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Kodiak Cakes Almond Poppy Seed Flapjack & Waffle Mix

  • 2 cups almond milk or milk of your choice

  • 2 eggs

  • 3/4 cup fresh blueberries


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine Kodiak Cakes mix, milk, and eggs in a bowl and mix until smooth.

  2. Spray a half baking sheet pan with non-stick spray then line with parchment paper (optional).

  3. Pour batter into sheet pan, spreading with a rubber spatula, if necessary. Drop blueberries into batter.

  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and springy to the touch. If unsure, insert a toothpick into the center. It should come out clean. Cut into 12 squares while warm. Allow to cool for about 15 minutes before removing from sheet pan.
