The first red flag 🚩 with fad diets should be the mass number there are out there and the second should be how fast they come and go. For me, that’s all I need to know about them! 💯
Fads comes and go but the one thing that will always work is CONSISTENCY!
👉 Eat better (whether it be more or less food)
👉 Workout regularly and effectively
👉 Get good sleep 😴
Track or learn macros: 📝
First, “macro” is short for macronutrient. What's a macronutrient? So when you're counting your macros, you're counting the grams of proteins, carbs or fat that you're consuming.
