The first red flag ๐Ÿšฉ with fad diets should be the mass number there are out there and the second should be how fast they come and go. For me, thatโ€™s all I need to know about them! ๐Ÿ’ฏ


Fads comes and go but the one thing that will always work is CONSISTENCY!


Consistently:

๐Ÿ‘‰ Eat better (whether it be more or less food)

๐Ÿ‘‰ Workout regularly and effectively

๐Ÿ‘‰ Get good sleep ๐Ÿ˜ด


Track or learn macros: ๐Ÿ“

First, โ€œmacroโ€ is short for macronutrient. What's a macronutrient? They're the three categories of nutrients you eat the most and provide you with most of your energy: protein, carbohydrates and fats. So when you're counting your macros, you're counting the grams of proteins, carbs or fat that you're consuming.
