𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐰𝐬? 🗣

I have had a vision. My vision was to bring the fitness community in Jonesborough together but in a new way. 💯

Did you know I used to own a CrossFit Gym in El Dorado Arkansas. It was my first baby. Two years in the making and then I had to leave. Every 2️⃣ years after that I had to move due to military orders with my Ex. I could never start my own gym up again because the uncertainty of moving was always there. 😢

Now, I have that chance to start again. I have set up my roots in Jonesborough Tennessee. What I want to bring to you is a functional fitness facility that is tailored to women.

Is it CrossFit, absolutely not. 🚫

Why only women? Well, I tend to train majority female and I want to make a safe space for ladies young and old to come find themselves and make themselves better. A safe space to get more confident and strong.

Will I push you? YES!! 💯

Will it be worth it? YES!! 💯
